Your Home Sold In 27 Days Or I’ll Pay You Cash!!
This is an exclusive offer to the sellers of real estate in our working and selling area. The offer is we will make every possible effort to get your home sold in 27 days or less.
The guidelines are simple. You must actively list your home with us for a minimum period of six months at an agreed upon commission. Further, you must make your home or property available for showings to all licensed real estate sales people and brokerage firms.
If we do not present to you an acceptable offer on your home within 27 days, we shall pay you, the legal homeowner(s), signer(s) of the listing agreement, one cheque in the amount of five hundred dollars. Provided that the home is sold and the agreed upon commission has been paid to our office, or the six-month listing term has past and expired.
Should you, the homeowner, not complete the listing term or turn down an offer at the agreed upon listing price and terms, this offer to get your home sold in 27 days or less shall become null and void.
Further, this offer of selling in 27 Days or less must be discussed and agreed upon at the time of the listing agreement or it shall be deemed that no such offer or intent of such offer has been made.
