June 2025 achieved the highest sell-through rate (79%) and fastest average days on market (27 days) of the year, indicating strong seller's market conditions.
🏘️ Geographic Market Leaders
Timberlea dominated June activity with 60 district sales and 19 new construction properties. Halifax Peninsula led individual communities with premium pricing, while Sackville areas provided strong family market activity. Bedford maintained luxury positioning and Eastern Passage emerged as the value leader.
