Update to my previous review: Again I'm pleased to say that Sandra did an outstanding job as our Agent.  She gave us excellent advice and her team did everything possible to help us prepare our home for market.  In just a couple of days we had 9 offers, all over asking price, and we made a deal that was better than we had thought possible. As a military family being posted into Halifax, we we're also about to become first time home owners too. We were very overwhelmed at how to even begin the process to buying a first time home. We were provided with a refined search after pin-pointed the area we wanted to live. A list of homes we could look at while still in another province. Once we chose a few homes, we were given a virtual tour of the home. With only a short house-hunting trip, the virtual tours saved us a lot of time, so we could focus on the ones we were really interested in. During the house hunting, we were really well taken care of, and viewed and found the home we fell in love with, an ocean-view semi in Eastern Passage. We would have never been able to accomplish any of this without the help of Sandra and her team and we are grateful. I can assure you, Sandra is the best choice, especially for military families being posted in!
