The property sold for WHAT?
 
I am pretty sure that this has been said by most: "the market is just crazy"  Truth be told this is the first time our province has experienced such an upheaval. Having said that 2012, showed us a glimpse of how crazy times can get.
 
Today I interviewed 3 industry members to get their take on our current market.
 
Bill McMullin the owner of Viewpoint Realty Richard Payne of EXP Ian Angus of Royal LePage Atlantic. and of course me, Sandra Pike of Royal LePage Atlantic.
