Is the Halifax Real Estate Market Sustainable?

Today's topic is about our current market conditions and our thoughts about the 2022 real estate market. Currently it is projected that we will be down by 16% in 2022. Has this trend started?

Personally, I have noticed that since July, showings are down as well as offers that I am receiving are not as aggressive as they were during the spring market. While YTD we have 1000 more units sold than this time last year, however the last 2 months, sales are down by 100 units. What are your thoughts of 2022? Will you sell or buy?
